It's been ten years since her first and only love died in Afghanistan, and Becca "Bex" Stuart, successful fitness chain owner, has almost given up on finding that emotion again. Then former charter pilot and widower Tate Calder comes to Mustang Creek, with his two young boys in tow and plans for a horse breeding operation on the drawing board. Suddenly, romance is in the air as the attraction between Tate and Bex heats up--if only they can agree about marriage. A trio of rambunctious boys, a pair of meddling BFFs, and a variety of delightful (mostly) townsfolk and relatives keep things moving in this lighthearted, humor-laced romance. VERDICT A pair of wary but perfect-for-each-other protagonists finally trust enough to give in to love (and marriage) in another fun-filled, engaging romance that brims with family, friends, and assorted animals and sees the last of the three series friends happily wed. Thoroughly enjoyable! Miller (The Marriage Charm) lives in the country just outside of Spokane.
